The star of the show. Kiko is a very round, very fluffy capybara who thinks most problems can be solved with a nap. He's kind, calm and happiest up to his chin in warm water.
Tiny, yellow and fearless. Tiko lives on top of Kiko's head, holds on with two little orange feet, and is always first to spot trouble or a snack.
Florence is eight, has wavy brown-blonde hair and big blue eyes, and is never without her yellow raincoat and red wellies. She doesn't live at the hot spring, but she pops by now and then, usually with an orange for Kiko.

Small, cheeky and in a hurry. Pip rushes ahead, splashes everyone and never waits.
